Determine Your Extreme Cam Part Number Easily with 2 Measurements

1. Spider Inner Diameter

The first measurement that you need to determine your Extreme Cam part number is your Spider Inner Diameter. To determine your Inner Spider Diameter, measure the ID of the Spider on the wheel-end of your axle.

CXXYYA-L

This measurement will be used to determine the first two digits of the Extreme Cam part # (XX below). If your spider measures 1-7/8″, the first two digits of your part number will be 11. If your spider measures 2″, the first two digits of your part number will be 12. If your spider measures 2-1/8″, the first two digits of your part number will be 13.

For example:

  • C1311A-L = inner spider diameter of 2-1/8″
  • C1224A-L = inner spider diameter of 2″
  • C1126A-R = inner spider diameter of 1-7/8″

2. S-Cam Length

The second measurement that you need to determine your Extreme Cam part number is the S-Cam Length. To determine your S-Cam Length, measure your s-cam lengthwise from the inside of the s-head to the snap-ring groove at the end, past the spline.

This approximate length will be used to determine the second two digits of the Extreme Cam part # (YY below):

CXXYYA-L

For example:

  • C1311A-L = s-cam length of 11-1/32″
  • C1224A-L = s-cam length of 24″ through 24-3/8″
  • C1126A-R = s-cam length of 26-1/4″ through 26-1/2″
